There are tons of useful and cool apps out there on the Cydia Store. A recent addition to them is Locktopus, a neat little app which allows you to password protect your apps on your iPhone or iPod touch, preventing unwanted access to your private information.

Locktopus is a great app if you don’t like people jumping straight into your apps without your permission, just password protect the individual apps and they’re safe from unwanted access.
Locktopus is available right off Cydia for a price of USD $2.00, which we believe is not that bad for an app which gives you such an important feature of locking your apps from unauthorized access.
