T. O. K. Y. O. || G. Y. A. R. U.

If you have been reading my blog lately,
I mentioned that I liked gyaru fashion.
I will explain briefly what is gyaru fashion:
It means "bad girl" in Japanese.
Bad meaning, girls that dye their hair a different
color than black, girls that show a lot of skin,
and girls that wear shorter skirt; in a nutshell, girls
that just rebel against traditional values.
Now, there are many type of gyaru styles,
thankfully I found a website that could explain
them all at http://japanlinked.com/Japanese-Culture/Gyaru-Gal-Styles.html

Himegyaru (Hime means princess) is the style best fitted to my taste.
The himegyaru style contain:
- fur
- lace
- pink makeup <3
- orchids
- pearls
- rhinestone
- bow
- poof/teases hair with long fat spirals going down

Pictures of himegyaru~

Polychromatic Outbreak

Sugar- is all around me cooling the air and freezing my feet.
I need a little warmth- Socks! Is the answer.
Now, I can sit comfortably for a short time.

In this cold melancholy season, where colors are mostly gray;
One can find himself/herself in a rut.
Flip a coin and toss it away, you might
ask why I wrote that and I will tell you: I'm bored.
I do have my ways in finding inspiration from sources.
Hmmm. . . I find inspiration from things I think cool.
Cool in a way that is strange, that I find interesting to a point
that I could sublime my imagination into.
Here is a list of what inspires me (I hope you find inspiration from them too.)

- Dj Tiesto's songs
- Commericals
- Facebook
- Watching runways
- Being moody

The long run

Monday = Dreaded
Tuesday = Forgotten
Wednesday = Hope
Thursday = Marathon
Friday = Freedon
Saturday =Perfection
Sunday = Recycle

     So, I woke up on Thursday feeling like I just got birthed.
My eyes was in pain, stomach in cramp mode, and a mild fever.
I gave myself two hours to get use to the day, and
somehow I felt better after watching the latest runway from Tokyo fashion t.v.
     That runway reminded me to share to you all, of what I liked
about Tokyo fashion. Well, the latest trend is a fox tail key chain.
The key chain isn't my taste but I saw a fox tail behind a high heel,
sometime ago. I tried to find a picture of it but I couldn't >~<!
Back to the main topic, so far, I like the gyaru style in Japan.

Makeup Rant #1

At first, the title of this article was "makeup rant" but
I added "#1" because I have a feeling that this
isn't going to be my last rant on makeup.
Cheap eyeshadow doesn't give much payoff,
pricy ones give too much payoff, and the
median ones are okay but limited in color selection.
I decided to go with the median one,
like covergirl. I like saving money
and I don't have much on me but
cheap makeup is a hassle filled
with tons of dabs that can cause
arthritis >.<
Another note...
Rumor has it there's this awesome
eyeshadow pallet you can get
that have like 44 colors o-o!
I heard tons of good reviews
from people who bought it and
professional makeup artist.
Haven't got it but planing on getting it
from this site: http://www.bhcosmetics.com/

A very pinky obession #3

One day I became particularly interested in lady gaga,
mostly because she was fashion forward (maybe too forward erm meat dress ;/).
But behind every madness, there is a inspiration.
I watched one of her interview on youtube,
where lady gaga explains her style; basically
it is base on the 80's futuristic style.
That's all I could understand. @.@
She move to her own drum beat but
hands down, she inspires me to grab abstract ideas
and turn it to a completely bold idea.

The December Break

Woke up this morning, grab an oat meal cookie from the cookie jar-
feeling worn out and inspirationless.

     When I started this blog, I had a bundle of passion;
I clung to these three ideas: fashion, beauty, and pink.
There were many of topics I could cover with those ideas,
and I did for a short period but during December I lost enthusiasm.
So, I went on a sugar-rush, learning about things that caught
my attention. The supply from the sugar-rush filled me
back with fashion and beauty. (what about pink?? pink lovin' 24/7 chick here)
     This sugarly supply lead back to fashion writing,
but a change in how this blog is being run!
The magazine narrating-style is dropped,
and inverted into a fashion blog running on my inputs.
I promise it won't get too hectic.
